The snow has arrived! Plumeting temperatures! Have you noticed how your skin has an uncomfortable dryness. It’s time to increase your winter skin care regime. Take my top 4 tips to ensure your skin has a healthy glow:-
- Moisturise, moisturise and moisturise. Find a moisturiser that is oil based as this will create a protective barrier on the skin
- Use a cleansing milk or foaming cleanser with no alcohol
- Keep to warm showers or baths rather than hot and keep the bathing to a short time
- Boring I know but keeping drinking water (at least 8 glasses a day) as the skin becomes very hydrated especially indoors with the heating on
