  • Moisturise, moisturise and moisturise.  Find a moisturiser that is oil based as this will create a protective barrier on the skin
  • Use a cleansing milk or foaming cleanser with no alcohol
  • Keep to warm showers or baths rather than hot and keep the bathing to a short time
  • Boring I know but keeping drinking water (at least 8 glasses a day) as the skin becomes very hydrated especially indoors with the heating on
