FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. Where is the trial held?
A. Trials will take place at your home or place of choice. If you have opted for any of the bridal offers trials will take place at my address in Newport Pagnell.

Q.How far in advance should I have a trial
A. Ideally 6-8 weeks before the wedding date as your hair will probably remain with the same style and colour.  I appreciate that some brides would like to have the trial earlier as it is another item ticked off the list, but bear in mind that if you book earlier and wish another trial nearer the time there will be an additional cost.

Q. How long does the trial usually take?
A. I normally allow 3 hours for hair and make up as this gives us time to get to know each other and try different looks.

Q. Does everybody need to have a trial?
A. No as it is difficult in getting everyone together.  I do, however, ask you what their requirements would be and if necessary ask for photos to be emailed through.

Q. Do you travel to the venue?
A. Yes.  At the trial all details including timings and location of where I am to go is agreed then.

Q.What if you are ill on my wedding day?
A. In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend I would contact other artists and supply them with my notes and photos so that they can replicate your look.  However, for any reason if this was not possible a full refund including your deposit would be given.

Q. What areas do you cover?
A. I cover Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and parts of Oxfordshire.  I also do weddings further afield so please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Q. What about payment?
A. Once a trial date has been booked an immediate payment of £50.00 is required to secure your wedding date.  At the trial the remaining trial fee is required (if applicable) and thereafter I will write to you confirming all details together with an invoice for the final amount.  This must then be paid by cheque 2 weeks before the wedding date.
